Dubai, UAE: HORECA Trade – a Bidfood company, the UAE’s leading multi-channel foodservice provider of international F&B brands – today announced an exclusive distributorship with Fonterra to supply dairy products to the country’s foodservice channels.
Fonterra, a global dairy company headquartered in New Zealand, will be supplying a variety of dairy products under its foodservice brand Anchor Food Professionals. These products include Anchor Extra Whip Whipping Cream, Anchor Unsalted Bulk Butter and Anchor Soft Style Cream Cheese, amongst others.
