As part of RAM Group’s initiatives to promote the growth and development of Islamic finance, its second publication on this subject, Islamic Finance – The New Normal, was launched by Deputy Finance Minister I Dato’ Wira Othman Aziz on 12 December 2017 at the 3rd Annual Symposium on Islamic Finance at Sasana Kijang, Bank Negara Malaysia. Islamic Finance – The New Normal highlights the evolution, challenges and market potentials of the growing Islamic finance industry; complementing RAM’s inaugural book, Sukuk Handbook, published in 2009.

This latest publication is a compilation of articles by renowned personalities from The Global University of Islamic Finance, Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission Malaysia, the World Bank Global Islamic Finance Development Centre, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank and Khazanah Nasional Berhad. The content contributors also include key industry players, both domestic and international.

“The book represents a useful and comprehensive reference tool for market players, academics and students on the overall Islamic finance industry.
