Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has been named ‘Real Estate Developer of the Year’ for the third time in a row at the Construction Innovation Awards 2018. The award was received by Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, at a gala ceremony held at Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Dubai.
Azizi Developments’ win underlines the fast-growing reputation of Azizi as the trusted developer of premium master-planned communities backed by its international expertise in property development that has been recognised through several awards already won this year.
The top recognition at the Construction Innovation Awards, organised by BNC Publishing, closely follows Azizi being named as the ‘Developer of the Year’ at the Design Middle East Awards 2018 on 10th October.

Azizi has over 24 million square metres of land actively under construction in Dubai and has one of the largest portfolios of development with over 200 projects under various stages of development. To date, Azizi has handed over 1,985 residences in Dubai.
Highlighting its track-record of timely delivery, this year Azizi Developments will start delivering several projects across key locations in Dubai, including projects in Al Furjan, Dubai Healthcare City and Palm Jumeirah.
