Avaya OneCloud encompasses the entire Avaya portfolio, offering rich capabilities across contact center, unified communications, collaboration and CPaaS. Solutions and products are now categorized into three focus areas: Avaya OneCloud™ CCaaS, Avaya OneCloud™ UCaaS and Avaya OneCloud™ CPaaS.
