Dubai: BurJuman enhances its customer experience through the addition of AMER to its list of offerings. The go-to centre for all visa-related services is now open on the second floor, next to Tas’heel.
Expanding its portfolio, BurJuman will now cater to the immigration related needs of its visitors through the hassle-free services of AMER. It will provide visa-related transactions and other government services all under the direct supervision of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
AMER which means ‘Command’ in Arabic was opened with the aim of contributing to people's lives and overall well-being through a monitored system that increases efficiency and saves time. It is entirely operated by trained Emirati staff and smart technology with the capability to complete at least 6,000 transactions daily.
Businesses can now visit the newly opened AMER at BurJuman to take advantage of comprehensive services for visa applications, legal transactions and transactions for a number of government institutions and departments in the State. These include - Ministry of Labour, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Department of Economic Development, Health and Medical Services transactions, Emirates Identity Authority and Federal Customs Authority.
