The seventeen winners of the Arab Woman Awards Kuwait 2014 were announced today at press conference attended by the Board of Judges including Honorary Chairperson H.E Sheikh Mubarak Fahed Al-Salem Al-Sabah; Undersecretary of Department of Protocol Affairs at the Amiri Diwan. The 2014 Kuwait award winners include H.E Sheikha Shaikha Al-Abdullah Al-Khalifa Al-Sabah who was awarded the Inspirational Woman of the Year accolade in recognition of her humanitarian work for charity organisations such as the Kuwait Club for the Handicapped and the Red Crescent Society.
The Arab Woman Awards Kuwait presentation ceremony took place that evening at an exclusive by-invitation only red carpet event which was held at the Sheraton Kuwait Hotel & Towers and was presented by leading Kuwaiti organisation - the Trafalgar Company. The glamorous high-profile event was attended by the winners and their families, VIP members of society as well as media and film personalities including; Egyptian actress Dalia El Beheri and Egyptian TV personality Mohammed Al Hakim. The awards ceremony was hosted by famous Kuwaiti actor Mohamed Al-Mansour.

This year's esteemed Judges Board was chaired by H.E Sheikh Mubarak Fahed Al-Salem Al-Sabah and included Dr Moudi Al-Humoud; Rector of the Arab Open University in Kuwait, Laila Abdullah Alghanim; President of Breast Cancer Foundation & CEO of Gulf Trader, Mona Al Ghanim; CEO Cameo Spa, and Nadine El Chaer, Editor in Chief of Ahlan! Arabia.

The Arab Woman Awards Kuwait was launched back in 2013 by ITP and was co-founded by Dr Labiba Temmim; Executive Director & Medical Affairs at the Hayatt-Ruqayah AbdulWahhab Alqatami Breast Cancer Foundation working alongside ITP's Deputy Managing Director, Sue Holt. ITP will publish a commemorative book for the Arab Woman Awards Kuwait 2014 which will detail all the winners and their achievements together with photographs from the event. This official publication will be distributed with Sayidaty Kuwait, provided to all winners, judges and sponsors plus available in Trafalgar Company boutiques across Kuwait City.
The Arab Woman Awards was presented by the Trafalgar Company and supported by luxury brands including Chopard, de Grisogono and Aigner. Other partners of this year's awards included Gulf Bank, Tanagra, Fragrance Du Bois, Sheraton Kuwait Hotel & Towers, Five Levels Production, Sayadity magazine and Hayatt Breast Cancer Foundation.
