Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Chemical Company has extended its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics for 90 days starting 22 June 2021.
The deal, which ends on 22 September, aims to form a joint venture company exclusively for healthcare logistic services in Saudi Arabia, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Saudi Chemical previously signed the MoU with Hellmann on 22 March this year.
Extending the agreement will give the entities sufficient time to finalise procedures for collaboration with all the previous terms and conditions agreed upon.
This joint venture is offering transportation, loading, unloading, warehousing, and distribution services across the Kingdom.
