Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Abdul Mohsin Al Khodari Sons Company (Al Khodari) has appointed Saud bin Thawini Al Shammari as the company’s Chairman for a three-year term, according to a filing to Tadawul on Thursday.

Al Khodari also announced the appointment of Mohammed Suleman Al Oraini as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same term.

Both Al Shammari and Al Oraini will assume their positions from 19 May 2021 until 19 May 2024.

Last month, Al Khodari disclosed the reasons behind the resignation of the chairman and the whole board.
