MOSCOW, July 9 (Reuters) - Russia's RDIF sovereign wealthfund and a consortium of investors including the Russia-ChinaInvestment Fund (RCIF) and leading Middle Eastern funds haveacquired a 28% stake in pharmaceutical holding company Alium,RDIF said on Tuesday.
Alium was created by a merger of the Obolenskoe andBinnopharm pharmaceutical companies, RDIF said in a statement.
