Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Dubai-headquartered Emaar Properties, and Sharjah-based developer Arada launched on Tuesday Vida Residences Aljada, marking the Emaar Hospitality brand's first entry into Sharjah's branded residences space.
Arada said in a press statement that the 250-unit Vida Residences Aljada, located within the Aljada master community, would be Sharjah's first ever branded residences.
The first phase of sales would include 168 apartments in the first of two Vida Residences Aljada buildings, the statement said.
It said construction of Vida Residences Aljada and the adjacent Vida Aljada hotel would commence in the second quarter of 2021 and is set to be completed by the end of 2022.
In April 2018, Arada had inked a management agreement with Emaar Hospitality to operate Address, Vida and Rove hotels in the Aljada community. The scope included management of 150-key Address Aljada Sharjah, 165-key Vida Aljada Sharjah and 300-key Rove Aljada Sharjah.
