The Ministry of Health (MOH) entry to the Sultanate is permitted according to the following regulations, which include the negative PCR test and full doses of one of the approved vaccines in the Sultanate.


The regulations are also applicable to the tourists coming via chartered planes to Salalah Airport.


The ministry called on everyone to abide by the precautionary measures in force in the Sultanate and to investigate credibility before publishing any information.


The charter flights will continue to Dhofar Governorate during winter will continue until the end of April.


Marwan bin Abdul Hakim al Ghassani, Director of the Promotion Department at the Directorate General of Heritage and Tourism, said the return of tourists movement was a priority of the ministry as per a comprehensive plan for recovery.


He said the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has been making efforts to attract charter flights in coordination with tourism partners and the Governorate of Dhofar receives annually tourist groups from Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and other European countries.
