Traders have been urged to benefit from online services when processing their business transactions via Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) website bahrainchamber.bh/.

The chamber launched its e-services following the Covid-19 outbreak.

These include the issuance and authentication of certificates of origin and signatures, issuance of identification certificates and other services.

BCCI chief executive Shaker Ibrahim Al Shatar said that transatctions are processed within two days.He reported that 464 new members had recently joined the chamber, while 5,460 renewed their memberships.

The BCCI Customer Service processed 3,279 bills, issued 1,425 certificates of origin and dealt with 276 e-services.

Mr Al Shater urged customers and members to benefit from 17 online services provided by the BCCI through its headquarters or branch located near Bahrain Financial Harbour.
