ArabFinance: iSchool, an EdTech platform, has raised $160,000 in investment from EdVentures, the venture capital (VC) arm of Egypts Nahdet Misr Publishing Group, the platform said in a press release.

The new raise will be allocated for developing the platform to widen iSchools EdTech services locally, and expand regionally.

Founded in 2018, iSchool is the first accredited Egyptian African EdTech startup by a STEM organization. It aims to help young students to learn and create careers in software development, artificial intelligence, big data, robotics, IoT, and multimedia.
