Shell has agreed to sell its Shell Energy Retail Ltd in the UK and Shell Energy Retail GmbH in Germany to Octopus Energy Group, the company said in a statement on Friday. (Reporting by Radhika Anilkumar in Bengaluru; Editing by Savio D'Souza)
