The UK's new Labour government promised Wednesday to "reset" relations with Europe, as it bids to draw a line under years of fractious ties following Brexit under previous Conservative administrations.
"My government will seek to reset the relationship with European partners and work to improve the United Kingdom's trade and investment relationship with the European Union," head of state King Charles III said as he detailed the government's legislative plans.
