JERUSALEM - The Israeli air force is bringing less than half of its capabilities to bear in the Gaza war, military chief Lieutenant-General Herzi Halevi said in a televised statement on Thursday.
The remarks appeared designed to signal readiness to escalate attacks on Hamas, and against the Palestinian faction's allies in Lebanon and elsewhere, if Israel deems that necessary.
