China and Kuwait signed bilateral agreements to cooperate in areas such as renewable energy, infrastructure construction and environmental governance, Chinese state broadcaster CCTV said on Friday.
President Xi Jinping, in meeting with Kuwait's Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Sabah, said China is willing to work with Kuwait to promote greater development of bilateral ties, CCTV reported.
The two countries also signed a plan for bilateral cooperation in 2024-2028, CCTV added. (Reporting by Ella Cao and Liz Lee; editing by Jason Neely)
