China's central bank said on Friday it will gradually increase the purchase and sale of treasury bonds in the bank's open market operations, according to its second quarter monetary policy implementation report.
The central bank said it will also steadily lower firms' financing and household credit costs, adding that prudent monetary policy should be flexible, moderate, precise and effective, according to the report.
