China's state planner has allocated 250 million yuan ($35 million) to earthquake-hit Gansu and Qinghai provinces for reconstruction work, it said in a statement on Tuesday. ($1 = 7.1421 Chinese yuan renminbi) (Reporting by Beijing newsroom; Editing by Andrew Heavens)
