Federal Reserve Bank of New York President John Williams said Thursday that while the commercial real estate sector faces challenges and it will take time to sort out the sector's issues, he doesn't see trouble there cratering the financial system.
Williams, speaking before a banking event in New York, said he doesn't believe the commercial real estate issues pose major risks to overall financial stability.
