Keir International Company has signed a 24.19 million Saudi riyal ($6.45 million) contract for connecting Heet water purification plant and a station in Al Kharj region in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a statement to the Saudi stock exchange.

The project scope includes implementing infrastructure works for 33 kilovolts (KV) electrical network and engineering, design, supply, civil, communications, electrical and other necessary works.

The contract term is one year, the statement added.

In February, the Saudi utility services company won a SAR69 million ($18.3 million) contract for the Qiddiya Water Theme Park project coming up near Riyadh.
