Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) announced plans to enter into a deal to establish a multi-floor building on plot of land situated on the intersection of Makkah Road and Salah Al Dein Road.
The total cost of the project, including the value of the land and the building, is estimated at around SAR 101.33 million, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
Both parties of the deal will equally own the building which is set for completion within two years from starting construction works.
