Egyptian developer Tameer has launched a new residential project Azad Views, spread over an area of 40 acres in New Cairo.
The 830-unit project is an extension to Azad 1, Tameer's Chairman Saad Al-Wazzan told Zawya Projects.
“The three-phase project will include apartments and penthouses with private underground garages. Yasser El Beltagy of YBA Consultancy will design the project and supervise its construction,” Al-Wazzan said.
He didn't disclose details about investments but said the project is expected to be completed in 2025.
Tameer has, to date, delivered about 27,000 housing units including Diyar 1, Diyar 2, and Azad 1 New Cairo residential compounds.
