Rendering of Pagoda Complex in Egypt's New Administrative Capital
Egyptian developer Akadia Developments has launched Pagoda Complex commercial project, located in the downtown area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), at an investment of about 400 million Egyptian pounds ($25 million), the company's CEO said.
Moemen Hassan told Zawya Projects that the 10-storey complex would comprise 220 units for stores, offices and clinics, and be completed in three years.
He added that they are planning new residential project in New Cairo over an area of about 12-acre at investments of about three billion pounds ($191 million), by the end of 2021.
