Bluehaus Group has been appointed as the design consultant for the renovation of the 5-star H Hotel, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
“The design work has commenced and the tender for the interior fit-out contract is expected to be issued by October 2021,” a source told Zawya Projects.
He said the estimated cost of the renovation is $30 million.
The scope of work involves renovation and upgrade of the 5-star, 236-key H Hotel. The source said the design consultancy contract has been out for tender in October 2020 and bids were submitted on 20 December 2020
“The renovation work is expected to be completed by fourth quarter 2022,” a second source said.
H-Hotel comprises of hotel rooms, offices, residences, and an events centre, according to its website. The property is managed by Story Hospitality, part of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, a private investment company based in Abu Dhabi.
