Dubai-based developer Azizi Developments has announced that its Creek Views I residential development in Dubai Healthcare City is more than 72 percent complete.
The 19-storey development comprises of 634 residences and 33,341 square feet (sq. ft.) of retail space, and is scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021, Azizi said in a press statement.
It said the completion rate is 100 per cent for structure and blockwork; 99 percent for internal plastering; 82 percent for tiling; 26 percent for HVAC and 37 percent for MEP works.
The statement said Creek Views I is one of the 46 projects, which comprise over 10,000 units and more than 11,204,623 sq. ft of built-up area that Azizi Developments plans to hand over in 2021.
