Al Masaood Bergum, a provider of modular and prefabricated building solutions, announced on Wednesday the launch of mobile modular containers to cater to the demand for specialised facilities in Abu Dhabi.
The company said in a press statement that the transportable, multifunctional facility can be used as offices, retail shops, supermarkets, accommodations.
Jens Otterstedt, General Manager, Al Masaood Bergum, said: "Mobile modular containers are a rapidly growing trend within the construction sector and prefab building solutions in Abu Dhabi, the UAE and the world. More and more enterprises, especially SMEs, are utilising these facilities to save on cost, especially concerning rents, and permit them to commence their operations quickly with a fast return on investment.”
The statement said the container units, which can be custom-built up to 40 feet, contain all plumbing, power and data requirements to facilitate fast installation and are delivered using heavy trucks.
