Saudi Arabia’s energy city King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and Affordable House Co., a subsidiary of Abdullah M. Bin Saedan & Sons Real Estate Group, will develop a $150 million residential complex and workers village at SPARK.

Spanning an area of 30,000 square metres, the residential complex will be developed in two phases, with the first phase being completed in 2025, SPARK said in a press statement.

In addition, SPARK and Bin Saedan broke ground on a new workers village following an agreement signed earlier this year, the statement said.

The project, with a capacity of over 8,000 beds, will be built in three phases over an area of 110,000 sqm, with the first phase slated for completion in 2025.
