Al Zorah Development Company, the master developer of 5.43-square kilometre Al Zorah project in Ajman, announced on Monday that it commenced construction on two projects - Oberoi Hotel & Resort extension and clubhouse at the Al Zorah Golf Club last year.
Last year also saw the launch two off-plan projects at a development cost of nearly $540 million, the master developer said in a press statement.
The Oberoi Hotel & Resort extension comprises eight additional two-bedroom beachfront villas, taking the overall resort inventory to 97 keys. An adult pool and a food and beverage outlet will be added.
Last year, the master developer launched The Fairways, comprising 158 villas, townhouses and residential building plots at a development cost of around 833 million UAE dirhams ($226.80 billion).
District 9 and Central Part project consists of 623 luxury villas, townhouses, and commercial showroom plots at a development cost of nearly AED1.15 billion ($313.10 million).
Al Zorah Development Company is a joint venture between the Ajman government and Solidere International.
