RIYADH - China's State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is negotiating with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) to build the largest steel structure manufacturer in Riyadh, with production capacity of 800,000 tonnes a year, CSCEC chairman Wang Shaofeng said on Monday, during the 10th Arab-China Business Conference.
