DUBAI: Abdullah Al-Othaim Leisure, a Saudi Arabian business conglomerate, has launched its family entertainment destination Xtreme Zone at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, the super-regional mall in the heart of Abu Dhabi city. This is the Group’s third Xtreme Zone entertainment in Abu Dhabi.

Xtreme Zone is a state-of-the-art family entertainment center, located at Level 4, covering an expansive 44,200 sq.ft. space. The facility provides entertainment along with physical activities for toddlers, children, teenagers and adults as well. Perfect for combining work and play, Xtreme Zone is also open for corporate team building, as well as celebrating children's birthday parties.
Xtreme Zone brings non-stop indoor entertainment packed with a wide variety of the latest amusement activities, attractions, action-packed gaming arcades and intriguing VR games to challenge every level of skill. The fun destination is designed to cater to all age groups with a heightened experience in leisure and entertainment.
The facility offers 12 lane bowling with a host of interactive activities including bouncy and fun trampoline park; challenging climbing walls for enthusiastic children; arcade games and a the regions first Tag Arena where the kids needs to finish the obstacle course and tag the best their best time.
Major attractions of the facility include billiards to unwind over a game of pool or test critical thinking skills over a game of pool; and bowling that will help participants think about how to innovate in their next workout session as a group alongside the café.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Fahad Al Othaim, Chairman of Al-Othaim Leisure and Tourism, said, “We are pleased to officially announce the opening of Xtreme Zone at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, our latest leisure project in the UAE. This is the city’s newest entertainment center and must-visit family destination with latest offering of a wide variety of adrenaline packed games for children of all age groups.”

Al Othaim Leisure, a source of creative innovation when it comes to fun destinations, opened Xtreme Zone in Abu Dhabi Mall (2019); in Deerfields Mall (2017) & Fabyland in Abu Dhabi’s Deerfields Mall (2015), marking its first international destination outside KSA, followed by the brand’s launch in Dubai Festival City (2016); in Dragon Mart - 2 in Dubai (2019), and in Nakheel Mall (2019).
