IT analytics solution allows the municipality to stay focused on its 2030 goals
UAE - Poised to become the UAE's next development hotspot; the Western Region Municipality's (WRM) economic output is expected to reach a significant figure in 2030. A huge investment on projects under the economic sectors such oil and gas, power generation, infrastructure, transportation and tourism; the municipality significantly relies on advanced technology to meet its goals set under the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.
The Western Region occupies 75% of the landmass of the UAE and WRM actively contributes to the development and growth of the Western Region through infrastructure projects and exceptional services. The municipality aims to improve accessibility of government services to the residents of the Western Region.
In line with these developments, WRM today announced that it has deployed the Nexthink solution over its 6 separate administrative locations. With Nexthink, WRM now has real-time data that will help municipal employees do their jobs better and more efficiently - enabling the IT Department to respond to technical issues more proactively. Since its implementation, Nexthink has helped WRM save a substantial amount in IT costs.
