Embracing the Latest Technologies and Enhancing Customers' Banking Experience

Recent years, there have been significant changes taking place in the way customers use banking services. When Warba Bank decided to revamp its site, its key goals have been to provide visitors with easy access to content through simplified search tools, smooth access to the Bank services and products and easy use all in an atmosphere of attractive design. In other words: providing better online banking experience.

In order to assist visitors to easily get in touch with the Bank or locate any of its branches, a separate section on the site has been dedicated for displaying an interactive compact map using programming interfaces of map apps.

The new and improved site boasts a new live chat feature where a professional team is dedicated for directly answering customers inquiries . customers can contact the professional team an online live chat thus saving the time and effort and at the same time customers are provided with whatever information they need instantly.

No doubt that the new website has brought about significant improvement in customers' experience and providing suitable medium for existing and potential customers to access to the information they seek on products and services.
