Vodafone offers THE widest 4G roaming in 23 countries

Doha, 24 February 2015: Vodafone Qatar announced that its customers can now enjoy the widest 4G coverage while roaming in 23 countries. This speed to market is thanks to being part of Vodafone Group Plc, the world's largest network.

This comes at no extra cost to the current Vodafone roaming rates; all customers have to do is enable 4G and data roaming on their smartphone.

"At Vodafone, we know how important it is for customers to have excellent data services wherever they may be, and so we are rolling out a massive plan to extend 4G roaming services in many more countries within the coming weeks and months to offer the best 4G network experience not only in Qatar but also while roaming in many parts of the world," said Kyle Whitehill, CEO, Vodafone Qatar.

The UK, UAE, USA, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Romina, South Africa, Portugal, Greece, Ireland and New Zealand are all included in the list of Vodafone Passport Pack countries which gives all Vodafone customers, when activated, the ability to enjoy 2GB of internet, Unlimited minutes to receive calls and Unlimited minutes to make calls to Vodafone Qatar numbers for only QR 100/week.
