- Company’s latest project includes façade renovation work for Dusit Princess Residences
Dubai: ECC Renovations, an entity of ECC Group, specializing in small-to-medium scale niche construction, renovation and fit-out works, were recently awarded the contract for Dusit Princess Residences located in the heart of Dubai Marina.
The scope of work of the project includes the external façade renovation along with cladding, waterproofing and restructuring of the surface. Located in Dubai Marina, the project required extensive structural calculations, expertise and innovative solutions due to its location and dynamic weather conditions.

ECC Renovations have successfully completed 42 projects that include cinema rooms, villa refurbishments and renovations, swimming pools, house extensions, kitchen renovation and fit-outs in the residential sector, amounting to AED 20 million. Along with a specialized focus in residential projects, the entity also has a diverse portfolio in commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
He added: “The interior fit-out market for the residential sector in the UAE is steadily growing, expected to become the largest, surpassing the hotel and commercial sectors. Our business model has evolved to cater to this booming segment that makes up for AED 1.2 billion of the total UAE interior fit-out market expected to be worth AED 3.5 billion in 2022*.”
Some of ECC Renovations key projects include the H2 Fuel Station, one of the first hydrogen fuel stations in the Middle East, Action Global Communication, Marasi Business Park, Zayed University, H2 Fuel Station, Dubai Airport Skylight, Cinema room in Jumeirah Golf Estates, LACASA Office, ECC Staff Accommodation at Umm Al Quwain among many others.
