Dubai: The third edition of the Housing, Building Materials, Decoration& Engineering Consultancy Exhibition ‘DecoBuild 2019’ will kick off tomorrow “Wednesday” and will last until November 9, at Elbait Metwahid Hall, Al Warqa 4, Dubai.
Organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, MRHE, the four-day exhibition is held under the sponsorship of Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Dubai Municipality, the Department of Economic Development (DED), Sharjah Municipality, the Department of Housing Sharjah, and UAE Society of Engineers, with the support of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. While the media sponsor of the event is Sama Dubai TV.
This is the largest edition ever, where 58 companies will take part in the exhibition on an area of 4000 square meters.
The exhibition is hosting a broad spectrum of companies including; building materials and interior design, engineering consultancy, contracting and project management, in addition to government entities concerned with housing, banks, and financial services companies.
In addition, a number of major construction, decoration, electrical, lighting, garden and swimming pool companies will participate in the event, making an increase of 12% compared to the previous editions in terms of the number of companies showcasing the latest local and international products in these important sectors.
A range of competitive prices will be offered, which in turn will help reduce housing costs for citizens and visitors to the exhibition. Also,
housing advice services will be provided to help citizens make the right decision for building their own houses and overcoming all difficulties.
Various events and workshops will be held and presented by senior consultants, in addition to organizing panel discussions on the needs and requirements of citizens, real estate entrepreneurs, contractors and consultants.
In this regard, the MRHE called for taking advantage of the competitive offers, stressing that DecoBuild is providing an important platform for those willing to build their own housing and commercial projects, and sign contracts.
DecoBuild is regarded as the most important real estate event across the UAE, through which the MRHE is striving to achieve housing stability and satisfy citizens and improve their life quality.
It is also an important platform for entrepreneurs and contractors, or those who are intending to build their own houses, thanks to the wide range of options DecoBuild offers in engineering consultancy and effective solutions to address the challenges of building and construction, through showcasing the latest products, innovations, and regulations in the residential projects field.
