Dubai - A delegation of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs visited Dubai Statistics Center, as part of the ministry's keenness to keep pace with best practices and exchange experiences with institutions in the field of human resources to improve the performance of the Ministry’s teams. The visit came after the Center won the Job Happiness Award for the fifth time in a row at the Dubai Government Excellence Programme

The delegation, headed by Abdullah Al Abdouli Director of Human Resources, viewed methodologies and practices applied by the Dubai Statistics Center in the field of human resources to create a healthy environment based on innovation and the highest standards of quality that harness the best of modern technologies to contribute to increasing the productivity of the employees and help them to providing smart innovative services to the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and transparency.

The delegation was introduced to the most important initiatives launched by the human resources department to support innovation and motivate employees to adopt it as an institutional culture and daily work style at the center. This is reflected on the quality of services provided by the center’s staff. The delegation also reviewed the approaches followed by the center’s HR on training, expanding the knowledge of staff and enhancing their skills.

During the visit, both parties addressed ways to enhance mutual cooperation to empower the ministry’s human resources department that contributes to supporting its activities and tasks. They also agreed to enhance the institutional integration between governmental entities, contribute to sustainable development and enhance the prestige and leading position of the country at all levels
