- Mercedes-Benz launches FleetCheck to facilitate the inspection of truck fleets
Doha, Qatar : The mobile maintenance team of Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, the authorized general distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Qatar, have successfully completed numerous FleetCheck services of Mercedes-Benz trucks in Qatar, directly at work sites as well as corporate headquarters, eliminating the need to go to maintenance centers.
The FleetCheck service is part of Mercedes-Benz's constant endeavor to provide the best solutions to elevate its customer service and facilitate inspection procedures for heavy trucks. Such service is integral to ensure continued performance of the fleet without experiencing any interruption.
The special detection teams have paid visits to five major sites of several companies in which certified and professional technicians carried out comprehensive checks on the trucks; providing detailed reports on their condition and performance before carrying out actual maintenance at the Mercedes-Benz Service Centres.
His Excellency Sheikh Faleh Bin Nawaf Al Thani, Managing Director of the Automotive Sector at Nasser Bin Khaled Group, stated: “Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles and Mercedes-Benz strive to provide the best solutions to customers, especially truck fleets in order to save time, costs and reduce any potential interruption of these trucks.
