Dubai, UAE8: The first multi-disciplinary design university in the Middle East, Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI), has officially opened its doors for its inaugural year of teaching.
Welcoming students from across the GCC and the globe, the highly anticipated launch of DIDI is a groundbreaking movement, not only in design education but for design industry in the Middle East.
President of DIDI, Mohammad Abdullah commented: “Everyone at DIDI has been waiting for this moment. It is our great pleasure to welcome the talented and eager first year students of DIDI as we make history by officially opening the doors of the first multi-disciplinary design school in the region.”
