Manama: Under the patronage of the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance (BIBF) presents top notch international speakers for its one-day virtual forum, Powered by Batelco, “Achieving Excellence in a Pandemic” with discussions on the outlook of COVID-19 & Business Continuity.
Keynote speakers will be His Excellency Mr. Mohammed AlQaed, the Chief Executive of the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Mr. Hal S. Scott, Chairman & President of the Programme on International Systems (PIFS) and The Emeritus Nomura Professor of International Financial Systems at Harvard Law School, and Mr. Seamus Gillen, International expert in Corporate Governance and Founder Director of Value Alpha Limited.
Providing a holistic view of the impact of the global Pandemic across sectors and functions, the experts will deliver keynote speeches on “How Bahrain is Responding to COVID-19” to “Considerations of Corporate Governance during COVID-19”, in addition “Future Outlook from Business Leaders”.
A total of 18 expert speakers will deliver their insights on mitigating the impact of COVID-19 on business, shedding light on practical steps that can be incorporated into future business action plans.
The forum tracks will provide an interactive and stimulating learning experience ranging from keynotes, webinars, panels, and specialised trainings. Participants will also be given the opportunity to discuss, share their experiences, and ask questions during these tracks using different digital means.
