Riyadh:– Tetra Pak®, the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company, has teamed up with Careem & Al Rabie to launch a three-month campaign that will introduce Water In Carton packages to Careem customers.
“Water In Carton” is an innovative initiative from Tetra Pak Arabia which will enable us, as a company, to be more flexible and diverse,” said Ziyad Al Jadid, Operational Marketing Director, Tetra Pak Arabia. “Drinking water from a carton package is a new experience for our consumers. Careem’s executive service passengers will be welcomed aboard with a refreshing water drink, that will make their journey memorable and healthy.”
In alignment with Tetra Pak’s motto of “Protects What’s Good”, the six-layered packaging is specifically engineered to protect the water from the Kingdom’s harsh weather conditions. Tetra Pak’s carton packages are manufactured using renewable resources with a minimal environmental footprint which is further emphasized by the recyclability of the used cartons packages.
With customer satisfaction at the height of Tetra Pak’s priorities, Careem’s executive clients will be requested to scan a QR code, this will invite them to participate in a short feedback survey on the “Water In Carton” packages.
The WIC campaign will kick off in May in the Kingdom’s three largest cities – Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam – with the ambition of expanding to other cities soon after.
