Dubai United Arab Emirates: The Taqdeer Award, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, honored Al Fardan Exchange in recognition of its support for the award, during a special ceremony organized to recognize distinguished companies and workers, as well as government and private agencies, that have supported the award over its four years.
His Excellency Major General Obaid Muhair bin Surour, Chairman of Taqdeer Award and the Permanent Committee of Labour Affairs (PCLA) in Dubai and Deputy Director-General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA-Dubai), presented the award to Hasan Fardan Al-Fardan, CEO of Al Fardan Exchange, as a token of appreciation for the continuous support provided by the company for the award throughout its four editions.
Hasan Al-Fardan expressed his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, for sponsorship of the award and for his leadership in the labor sector, emphasizing the importance of the award in establishing pioneering standards that foster the best relationships between workers and employers.
"The happiness of our employees has always been important to us and is considered an instrumental part of our business strategy. As an institution, we apply the same principles that are celebrated with the Taqdeer award within our own organization. We believe it is our duty to foster an environment of collaboration, support and good work ethics,” he said.
