Cairo: Tabarak Developments has successfully delivered 100 residential units from the first phase of the 90 Avenue project, the Vibe Zone. The company will deliver more units in the upcoming weeks bringing the total number of delivered units to 150 housing units. All units planned for delivery are ready.

Creating full-fledged residential communities with innovative solutions is a top priority for Tabarak Developments. The scope of services offered at the company’s projects ranges from providing a back-up generator to secure the needed electricity supply to the entrances and elevators in case of a power outage. The project also includes a 2,000-sqm water tank for the residential part as well as a water tank for each tower that is continuously being purified to ensure the continuity of water supply in case of a water outage. Each building has a two-story parking garage equipped with all safety amenities to ensure the comfort of residents. The project also has kids play area. The 90 Avenue project is equipped with the latest cutting-edge technologies from access control systems to solar street lights and a unique street planning around the project for the highest level of safety for pedestrians. All delivered units have access to all facilities. 

Thermal insulation technology is offered at the buildings which saves up to 30% of power consumption. Each building has emergency exits. Each zone has its own swimming pool, restaurant, clubhouse, kids play area and around-the-clock security systems, surveillance cameras, and fire alarm systems to guarantee the safety of all residents. The company has also created a department for quality control before and after delivery to ensure the highest level of quality.

Tabarak Developments takes into consideration the various needs of clients and has responded to this by offering various unit spaces at the 90 Avenue project ranging from 95 meters to 310 meters. The project also houses commercial and administrative units that are located in a separate zone within the project.

Earlier this year, El-Shorbany had confirmed that the company would deliver 1,000 units of the company's projects. He highlighted that the company aspires to increase its sales in 2021 by 25% compared to 2020 sales.
