In the recent AGM, shareholders reelected 6 Directors Shiekh Khalid Al Khalili, Jonathan Cope, Shahid Rasool, Yousuf Al Balushi, Christopher Dooley and Patrick O Flynn and elected 3 new Directors Martin Rueegg, Paul Holmes and Ali Taqi Ibrahim Al Lawati.
Sheikh Khalid Al Khalili has been serving as on the board of Al Ahlia since 2017. He is also currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Nizwa and Deputy Chairman of the Oman International Development and Investment Company.
