Doha, Qatar: The second day of Cityscape Qatar, the country’s leading real estate investment, development, and networking event has highlighted a number of new projects and developer launches happening across the country.

Touring the event during the second day was His Excellency Mr. Masoud bin Mohammed Al Ameri, Minister of Justice and His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani, the chairman of Al Faisal Holding, one of Qatar's biggest conglomerates.

The 9th edition of the event, which will take place until the 19th of October at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, has provided seasoned investors and prospective homebuyers with numerous opportunities to seize the latest units within developments, notably a new phased development from Msheireb Properties and a new group of modern villas from Ariane Real Estate.

Commenting on the new phased development plans and the switch from leasing to selling, Clark Williams, Director of Marketing at Msheireb Properties said; “Since last participating at Cityscape Qatar, we are excited to announce two major projects. The first is phase four of our new development which is set for launch in Q1 2022. Secondly, we are selling townhouses this year that have not been available to the public in the past as we are primarily a leasing organization. We have had some great interest from the visitors so far as potential buyers eye downtown Doha, which has been primarily leasing, as an area of interest for investment especially in the newly regenerated parts of old Doha.”

Another exhibiting developer, Ariane Real Estate, also introduced two of its latest projects – the Al Yussum Town Houses 2 in Yasmeen city, Lusail, and Milos in Legtifiya. The Al Yussum Town Houses 2 are a group of modern villas that offer residents modern designs and a high standard of living thanks to its many amenities. Milos, one of the developer’s latest apartment complex launches, offers potential homeowners luxury units in one of Doha’s top lifestyle destinations.

Alexander Edwards, Sales Director for Cityscape commented, “We are extremely excited to see live events back in Qatar. The attendance so far goes to show how important face-to-face meetings are, as well as the appetite for developers to come onsite and showcase their latest projects to potential investors and homebuyers. The amount of new product launches and new signings at the event this year is testament to the recovery phase the Qatari real estate market is currently witnessing.”

Cityscape Qatar is supported by Platinum Sponsors, Barwa and Qetaifan Projects.

The event will be held for one final day on the 19th October, in adherence with Informa AllSecure, a set of enhanced health and safety standards that raise the bar on safe, hygienic, productive, and high-quality organized event experiences. For more information, visit: www.cityscapeqatar.com
