Salalah - Salalah Rotana Resort, the Sultanate's largest free-standing, five-star hotel, is gearing towards the upcoming Khareef season from June to September, a key driver of tourism in Oman. Anticipating a rise in the number of tourists bound for the Governorate of Dhofar, the resort is offering visitors an all-encompassing leisure experience that combines local culture with world-class hospitality synonymous with the Rotana brand.

In its preparation for the Khareef season, Salalah Rotana Resort has published a special 'Discover Khareef Travel Guide' on its website to give potential visitors an idea of what the destination offers. A selection of bespoke tours will also be available for guests staying at the resort to explore the natural wonders of the Governorate and its rich history with visits to Wadi Darbat, Jebel Samhan Nature Reserve, Mughsail Beach, Al Marneef Cave, Teiq Sinkhole and the lost city of Ubhar.

Named 'Oman's Leading Beach Resort' by the World Travel Awards 2015, Salalah Rotana Resort's hospitality offering is designed to accommodate every type of traveller. The 400 room resort features four food and beverage venues, a 'Bodylines Fitness and Wellness Club', 'Zen the spa at Rotana' and 'Flipper's Kids Club'.
