Amman: As part of the ongoing efforts to expand Royal Club partners’ network, to provide RJ’s frequent flyers with additional means to earn award miles, a loyalty partnership agreement was reached between Royal Club Program and Dead Sea Spa Resort whereby five award miles will be credited to the members' Royal Club account for each Jordanian dinar (JD1) spent to purchase night stays and other services directly from Dead Sea Spa Resort.

The contract was signed at RJ’s Headquarters on Oct. 8 by Royal Club Managing Director Yola Isaac and Dead Sea Spa Resort Managing Director Ramzi Nazzal.

Isaac said: “We are glad to welcome the Dead Sea Spa Resort to Royal Club’s network of non-airline partners, alongside renowned Jordanian and regional banks, financial institutions, car rental companies, online hotel booking platforms, retailers and lifestyle partners. We are keen on making it easier for our loyal customers to collect miles through different activities, to boost their miles balance and enable them to easily qualify for the award of their choice.

“Ever since the launch of the new Royal Club program, the miles became more of a sought-after currency, since miles no longer expire. Miles are easy to earn through various means, be it flights, everyday activities with any of Royal Club partners or through the usage of any of RJ co-branded credit cards, can be easily exchanged for travel-related awards with RJ or oneworld and can be used for online shopping from among over 700 commercial high-end products available through Royal Club rewards store. In addition, members have the flexibility to purchase, gift, transfer or donate miles, as well as to pool their miles with their family members under one Family Club account, which would help them qualify for rewards faster. Currently Royal Club is running a promotion whereby new joiners are offered a bonus of 2,000 award miles for each flight they make with RJ before year end.”

Nazzal said: “The Dead Sea Spa Resort- the first resort at the Dead Sea- is glad to partner with RJ’s Royal Club program to offer Jordanians and visitors to Jordan an added attraction to the wealthy list of sites Jordan has to offer.

The Dead Sea Spa also boasts having a complete spa providing wellness services to day guests and visitors as well as the only Dead Sea Salt Cave in the world which offers Royal Club card holders an experience to remember.”

Today, Royal Club has more than 430,000 members and the number is growing, particularly due to the new, appealing, Royal Club program.
