New state-of-the-art facility set to transform customer experience

Renault Middle East and Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co., the exclusive agent of Renault in Qatar, have officially launched Qatar’s first Renault Store at Barwa Commercial Avenue. The exclusive Renault Store was inaugurated by Mr. Hisham Saleh Al Mana, Chairman of Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. and Mr. Marwan Haidamous, Managing Director of Renault Middle East, alongside distinguished clients, members of the press, top management from both Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co., and Renault Middle East.
In line with Renault’s commitment to innovate, the new-age store features a series of visual space identity concepts aimed at transforming customer experience with every step. Its revolutionary design offers ample engagement with visitors, immersing them in the brand’s cherished motto: Passion for Life.
The store opens to a cluster of Discovery Zones that skillfully showcase the company’s prized accomplishments under various dedicated themes. Customers can view the latest line-up of models at the Headline Zone, while an exciting fleet of trend-setting cars await them at the Passion Zone. Renault’s rich motorsports heritage is revived at the Passion Zone, as well, with its performance model, in addition to the Z.E. Zone that showcases Renault’s fully electric vehicle.
For a brand renowned for its pioneering technology, the Renault Store delivers an array of high-tech options in the form of a Digital Bar. The precinct offers a first-hand experience to familiarize with the brand, while customers relax and indulge at a dedicated coffee station. In addition, the store also features a Brand Wall, inviting customers to delve into the brand’s illustrious history and its string of achievements through the years. Furthermore, a Car Configurator service facilitates the process of customization on selected models.

The Renault Store features an impressive range of current models including Renault Koleos, Talisman, Captur, Duster, Symbol, Clio RS, Twizy and Dokker. The showroom is set to bring in the all-new Megane Sedan that is soon to be launched in Qatar.
