At an event held at their newly opened office in Dubai's Media City, propertyfinder.ae CEO and founder Michael Lahyani underlined the company's commitment to bringing ease and transparency to the experience of making a home in the UAE.
propertyfinder.ae will soon launch an all new real estate agents section on its website that will enable customers to find the perfect representative to meet their needs, whether that be by the area they specialize in, or the language they speak. After all, the propertyfinder.ae team is made up of 26 different nationalities who all understand the struggle involved in moving country and home.
Because the consumer always comes first at propertyfinder.ae, the company has a dedicated Quality Control department whose sole responsibility is to monitor and improve the quality of the listings on the website by tracking phone calls and providing advice.
"Our quality control team will continue to grow and we are coming out with bespoke technology solutions to make this work harder to make sure it has more of an impact," said Mr. Lahyani.
