Abu Soma Development Company proudly announces signing a cooperation agreement with KOMPASS Education, a leading provider of Early Childhood Education. Building on KOMPASS’s unique approach cultivating children's natural curiosity and innovative thinking, Somabay will offer world-class education through an exceptional learning environment for children between the ages of 2.5 to 6 years old. The KOMPASS Kindergarten in Soma Bay will launch by the end of this year, having ambitious plans to establish a school adopting the same valuable approach.
Ibrahim El-Missiri, Abu Soma Development Company's CEO, stated: “Reinforcing our strategy to develop Somabay as a permanent fully integrated residential community, rather than just being a seasonal tourist attraction, we strive hard to cater to all our clients' needs. Hand in hand with KOMPASS Education, we ensure high-quality education and a phenomenal experience for children, optimizing their creative and innovative skills while maximizing their amusement throughout the process. We also are keen on enabling visiting families to enjoy this service during their vacations, empowering kids with sustainable education and growth.”
Yasmin Helal , CEO of KOMPASS Education, commented: “We are thrilled to undergo our first expansion outside of Cairo, partnering with SomaBay. Our mutual alignment on values and diligence to fulfill the community needs will be the fuel that feeds our growth." "Between a thoughtfully designed facility in the Somabay Marina and the beach center, our children will have the best indoor and outdoor learning options. We trust that the Kompass Philosophy will comply with the needs of families who have sought out the peace and serenity that Somabay has to offer," adds Carmen Ragab, COO and Co-founder of KOMPASS Education.
As a leading provider of Early Childhood Education since 2008, Abu Soma Development Company sought out this alliance, especially with KOMPASS Education. Its unique approach aims at cultivating children's natural creativity and innovative thinking. The 'KOMPASS Way' is based on the experience of progressive schools worldwide and mostly inspired by forward-thinking schools in Germany while being adapted to the local context and community.
It is worth mentioning that Abu Soma Development Company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Egypt Education Platform (EEP), last month. Joining Forces, they will develop and operate the first international school in Somabay under GEMS International Schools stream-EEP. The new school will officially launch in September 2023, providing quality educational services for the local community in Hurghada and the Red Sea governorate.
